What you will do

• Identify and target prospective merchants that align with business goals and customer base.
• Acquire and onboard SMEs for online platforms, developing and maintaining partnerships.
• Pitch and present hirify.global’s payment and financing solutions to merchant decision-makers.
• Handle the end-to-end process, including lead generation, client presentation, and negotiations.
• Manage the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring smooth integration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to drive engagement and long-term partnership success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or merchant partnerships, preferably in fintech, banking, or payments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
