Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5–10 years in a senior sales or business development role.
• Demonstrated success in delivering sustained revenue growth.
• Experience in managing multiple departments within the digital marketing or agency space.
• Solid knowledge of Southeast Asia market dynamics, particularly Indonesia and the Philippines.
• Fluent in English.
