What you will do
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients.
- Identify and target potential customers through market research, networking, and outreach campaigns.
- Establish and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Manage contract negotiations until they are fully agreed and signed by both parties.
- Oversee and optimize the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, KAM, and product teams) to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of prior sales experience in solutions selling.
- Relevant experience and exposure in FMCG, Fulfillment, or Marketplace industries.
- Strong data management skills.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Effective communication skills.
