TL;DR

Platform Sales - Partner (AI/Analytics): Driving initial adoption and growth of hirify.global Platform software offerings by educating customers on leveraging the platform for data, analytics, and strategy design in financial services. Focus on building strategic relationships, structuring multi-million-dollar deals, and applying expertise in AI, ML, decision management, and optimization.

Location: Remote from Philippines (up to 50% travel required).

What you will do

  • Work with customers to understand key initiatives in Consumer Lending and Retail Banking.
  • Build relationships with senior client stakeholders to gain insights into decision management problems.
  • Research and shape potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement with internal teams.
  • Ensure clients are delighted with solutions purchased to create long-term, expanding, and profitable relationships.
  • Collaborate across internal hirify.global teams to educate customers on the business value of the hirify.global Platform.
  • Manage sales to quarterly and annual targets.

Requirements

  • Proven Senior-Level Experience in building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives, particularly within large financial institutions.
  • Enterprise Solution Sales Expertise: A track record of structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including SaaS-based solutions.
  • Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending.
  • Ability to craft and execute joint business plans that align with client objectives and hirify.global’s strategic priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to maintain close client partnerships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in applying technologies such as machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization.
