What you will do
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team across resale and off-plan.
- Own the full sales funnel: lead assignment, qualification, nurturing, negotiation, and closing.
- Monitor and continuously improve key metrics including conversion, revenue per agent, and deal cycle time.
- Align closely with Marketing to maximise lead quality, volume, and campaign effectiveness.
- Scale the brokerage across key Manila districts and plan expansion into additional Philippine cities.
- Ensure compliance with all local brokerage regulations, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.
Requirements
- At least 7+ years of experience in real estate brokerage or high-performance sales.
- Proven track record in recruiting, managing, and scaling agent teams.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine resale and off-plan property markets.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs, lead management systems, and structured sales pipelines.
- A hands-on leadership style with strong coaching ability and execution focus.
