TL;DR

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines, with occasional international travel for meetings and events.

Salary: $12,000–$18,000 USD

What you will do

  • Generate and convert qualified leads through various channels (phone, email, f2f, virtual demos).
  • Manage and prioritize sales activities using Salesforce.com, tracking key metrics.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineers, Sales Engineers, and Support to provide customer solutions.
  • Conduct forecasting, negotiations, and finalize deal closures.
  • Develop compelling business cases for prospective customers.
  • Be the first sales person on the ground in the Philippines, extending hirify.global’s customer base.

Requirements

  • Legal-tech experience or experience selling solutions to law firms in the Philippines required.
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in qualifying and closing deals.
  • 3+ years of experience in the technology sector.
  • Competitive mindset, thriving in rapid-growth, high-velocity environments.
  • English proficiency at B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Experience with transactional sales.
  • SaaS experience.
  • Experience running product demonstrations.
  • Hands-on experience scaling in new markets.
