What you will do
- Prospect and identify enterprise accounts that would benefit from hirify.global's AI recruiting platform.
- Develop expert-level insight on the impact and pragmatic application of AI in the recruiting process.
- Win complex sales with many stakeholders from first contact, to pitch, to close.
- Feed hard-earned learnings from the market into the founders and product team to improve the product.
- Build an extensive network by working with the next generation of iconic companies.
Requirements
- 5+ years quota-carrying experience in B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven success closing large, complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals (2,000+ employees) across multiple industries.
- Competent in enterprise sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC/MEDDPICC).
- Proven expertise in account mapping, multi-threading to build champions, and deal orchestration.
- Strong pipeline generation, territory coverage, and disciplined forecasting.
- Confident with VP/C-suite conversations and skilled at working cross-functionally to unblock deals.
