What you will do
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top sellers and strategic partners in Japan and Southeast Asia.
- Develop tailored growth plans to increase revenue, quality, and engagement.
- Support international market expansion projects, improving shipping and operational efficiency.
- Use data to track performance metrics, manage financial KPIs, and forecast growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance seller experience and share best practices.
Requirements
- Must be based in Japan and able to work remotely.
- Proven experience in key account management, preferably in luxury or watch industries.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant account management experience.
