What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with top sellers and strategic partners in Japan and Southeast Asia.
  • Develop tailored growth plans to increase revenue, quality, and engagement.
  • Support international market expansion projects, improving shipping and operational efficiency.
  • Use data to track performance metrics, manage financial KPIs, and forecast growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance seller experience and share best practices.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Japan and able to work remotely.
  • Proven experience in key account management, preferably in luxury or watch industries.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant account management experience.
