Location: This is a fully remote position based in Japan, with occasional travel for seller meetings or watch fairs.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with top sellers and strategic partners in Japan and SEA.
  • Develop tailored growth plans to boost revenue, quality, and engagement, conducting regular business reviews.
  • Support cross-functional projects that streamline shipping from Japan to Europe and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Use data to track and forecast key performance metrics, manage financial KPIs, and analyze category performance.
  • Work closely with the local Japanese Business Developer, category experts, and operations teams to improve seller experience.
  • Communicate strategies clearly to align internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in key account management, ideally within the luxury or watch industry.
  • Strong ability to build trust and influence decision-makers in high-value, complex partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Excellent communicator in Japanese and English, capable of engaging internal and external stakeholders.
  • Minimum of 5+ years in account management, ideally in luxury watches or related sectors.
