Location: Remote, but must be based in Poland and willing to travel regularly within Poland and abroad.

What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for the Polish market to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
  • Own and manage the full P&L for Poland, including quarterly and annual account plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major Polish retailers, e-tailers, and distributors.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, execute product presentations, and manage new product introductions.
  • Analyze and forecast sales performance, using data insights to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with Regional and EMEA Marketing teams to develop local marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Sales Management within gaming, consumer electronics, or premium brand sectors in Poland.
  • Strong command of P&L ownership and a solid track record of delivering profitable growth.
  • Deep understanding of the Polish retail landscape, e-commerce ecosystems, and gaming/electronics consumer behavior.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience working with annual and quarterly account planning, including structured business reviews.
  • Fluent in Polish and English.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Poland and abroad.
