What you will do
- Act as front-line support for local and time zone-based employees.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers via email, walk-ups, and chat.
- Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and utilize software for diagnosis and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records in call logs and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues.
- Manage and maintain IT assets in the local office to agreed standards.
Requirements
- Knowledge of first-line support operations.
- Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a matrix management environment and multitask effectively.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software and technologies.
- Very good English language skills required.
