• Set up and maintain new and existing customer accounts in internal systems.
• Process requests from customers, partners, and third parties according to SLAs.
• Verify incomplete documentation and ensure high accuracy in data entry.
• Implement changes and additions to client accounts.
• Maintain strict compliance with data integrity and security policies.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Department to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements

• German: C1 level proficiency required
• Polish: C1 level fluency required
• English: B2 level proficiency required
• Strong organizational and conceptual skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to perform precise data entry with minimal errors.
