What you will do
- Analyze incoming disputes from issuing banks according to MasterCard, Visa, and other card scheme rules.
- Inform merchants about disputes and request necessary documentation to refute claims.
- Prepare and submit accurate documentation to issuing banks within strict deadlines.
- Advise customers on dispute processes to prevent future complaints.
- Maintain high attention to detail while handling technical payment applications.
Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in Polish, English, and German (B2+ level required).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in chargeback or credit card disputes is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and customer-focused communication skills.
