What you will do

  • Handle first-line support requests via chat, email, and phone in English.
  • Provide consultations regarding Cloud, CDN, Hosting, and AI products and services.
  • Perform technical diagnostics to resolve customers and internal users' incidents.
  • Collect incident data and forward complex issues to higher levels of technical support.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience.
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute).
  • Ability to perform hardware and software diagnostics, including reading logs.
  • English: B2 or higher required.
  • Location: Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting.
  • Experience with Linux and API.
