What you will do

  • Diagnose, configure, and troubleshoot technical problems associated with hirify.global Apps in Jira and Confluence environments.
  • Provide L1/L2 technical guidance and issue-resolution support for business and enterprise customers.
  • Collaborate with Senior Engineers and Leads to assist in L3 investigations.
  • Take full ownership of customer-reported issues, driving them through to resolution from start to finish.
  • Research and identify solutions for a diverse range of enterprise software product issues.

Requirements

  • Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Excellent customer-facing communication skills and empathy.
  • Must be based in Poland.
  • Flexibility to work schedules that may include shifts extending into the late evening.

Nice to have

  • 1–2 years of experience in a technical support role (L1/L2).
  • Exposure to the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with Git, ticketing systems (Jira Service Management), or observability and monitoring tools.
