What you will do

  • Represent the company to potential customers and onboard new clients.
  • Develop and optimize the sales process in cooperation with the sales team.
  • Recruit new customers using various channels and generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain lead records in CRM and create performance evaluations (KPIs).
  • Pass recruited customers to the inbound sales team.
  • Participate in trade fairs, events, and cold-calling trips.

Requirements

  • Experience from sales apprenticeship, business degree focused on sales, or comparable qualification.
  • B2B experience in an IT environment.
  • Strong communication skills and sales orientation.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented manner.
  • Proficiency in standard Office programs and CRM systems.
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
