Location: Onsite in Garnet Valley, PA, USA. Occasional travel is required, including a 3-week onboarding bootcamp in Austria.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Deliver engaging 2-4 day training sessions on hirify.global system installation, configuration, networking basics, and design.
• Communicate the brand's 'Why' and integrate sales arguments to stimulate early partner success.
• Create an environment where participants feel confident, excited, and ready to start real projects.
• Collaborate with Partner Coaching, Education, and Marketing to ensure a consistent brand experience.
• Provide structured feedback to Sales Operations and Marketing to improve training content, tools, and materials.
• Support occasional special workshops and events.

Requirements

• Background in electrical, low-voltage, IT/networking, or building automation.
• Strong presenter with excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics and keep sessions interactive and fun.
• High energy, adaptable, and eager to learn quickly.
• Comfortable leading groups of 10–20 participants.
• Team player with a hands-on mindset.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including a 3-week onboarding bootcamp in Austria.
