What you will do
- Lead the Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) business in ANZ.
- Manage ANZ P&L, meeting revenue, profitability, and expense targets.
- Plan and execute Asia Pacific growth strategies.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key ANZ customers and influencers.
- Identify opportunities for new customer acquisition, win-backs, and revenue growth with existing accounts and partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Technology required.
- Energetic, result-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-team (internally and externally) to drive common goals.
- 15+ years of experience in IT Commercial Business (Channel and End Users).
- Experience in relevant industries like IT hardware, software infrastructure, or IT solutions.
