What you will do
- Promote the organization's products and services to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities aligned with the organization's overall market and growth strategy.
- Actively use SFDC to manage and document leads, opportunities, all customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Analyze SFDC data to identify trends, generate customer insights, and track sales performance.
- Actively drive newly launched innovative products and services into the marketplace.
- Manage and build strong customer relationships for long-term partnership.
Requirements
- Academic degree in life sciences, engineering, economics, or digital (higher level of education would be beneficial).
- Minimum 3 years field sales experience, with preferable process-based or digital experience in Life Science.
- Hands-on knowledge and proactive usage of SFDC and other CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, results-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
