Salary: $140,000–$210,000 USD + Equity

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
• Source and engage top active and passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Gem.
• Screen candidates and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities.
• Build and optimize recruiting processes leveraging data and ATS tools like Greenhouse.
• Develop recruitment marketing and nurturing campaigns to attract exceptional talent.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City with ability to work onsite 4 days per week.
• 5+ years technical recruiting experience with senior SWE hiring focus; 2+ years in-house startup recruiting preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and relationship building with active and passive candidates.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gem).
• Data-driven mindset with ability to measure pipeline health and optimize processes.
• High agency and ownership mindset in a fast-paced environment.
