What you will do

• Monitor and evaluate supplier contractual agreements, SOWs, and SLAs to ensure full compliance.
• Drive day-to-day supplier performance, analyze service level data, and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage financial aspects, including budget tracking, cost recovery, and validating supplier charges.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and manage quality improvement plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve service issues and enhance satisfaction.
• Prepare reports and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong understanding of supplier management, contract governance, and service delivery frameworks.
• Proven experience in analyzing performance data and managing SLAs and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both remotely and in person.
• Experience in auditing, budget tracking, and operational cost management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast-paced operational environment.
