Technical Account Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Coordinate communication between clients and internal technical and product teams.
• Act as the client representative within the Casino Platform organization.
• Handle technical requests through the helpdesk, perform initial troubleshooting and debugging, and escalate unresolved cases.
• Prioritize and manage client issues while consulting clients on product usage.
• Translate client ideas and problems into actionable, client-relevant product improvements.
• Proactively monitor client systems and technical and business metrics.

Requirements

• English at B2 level or higher and Russian at C1 level or higher.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, analytical-thinking, pattern-recognition, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with business analysis and product management processes in customer-facing roles.
• Experience in large-scale software development environments.
• Experience with Datadog, ELK/Kibana, JIRA, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and data-driven systems.
• Ability to analyze datasets and good command of HTML and CSS.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks, including Scrum.
• Knowledge of APIs, multi-tenant architecture, proxying, and related network concepts.
• Basic knowledge of React, server-side rendering, SEO, and responsive design.
• Desire and ability to learn new concepts, tools, and methodologies.
