Location: New York, NY (Hybrid - 4 days per week in office)

Salary: $175,000 - $225,000 (Base)

What you will do

  • Lead the day-to-day functioning and evolution of the US Digital Asset Ops team.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to design operationally efficient and scalable features from the start.
  • Own counterparty settlement execution across market makers, liquidity providers, and custodians.
  • Manage trade, transfer, and inventory reconciliation for both on-chain crypto and fiat payment flows.
  • Coordinate wallet rebalancing and liquidity threshold management in partnership with Treasury.
  • Develop a comprehensive control framework including policies, procedures, and daily monitoring.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in financial services operations with a control-oriented background.
  • Hands-on experience building and running crypto operations, ideally at a prime broker, custodian, or exchange.
  • Proven track record of using AI and automation to optimize institutional operations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, risk-sensitive environment with strong judgment.
  • Clear and direct communication skills for interacting with clients, counterparties, and senior leadership.
  • Must be based in New York, NY to comply with the in-office requirement.
