Location: Based in New York City; required to work from the office near Union Square a minimum of 4 days per week

Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 + bonus

What you will do

• Own and review month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and variance analysis.
• Reconcile cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, and blockchain transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures tailored to the cryptocurrency industry.
• Collaborate with the SEC Reporting team to prepare financial statements and manage external audits.
• Lead initiatives to automate balance sheet reconciliations and streamline accounting workflows.
• Coordinate with the FP&A team on budgets, forecasts, and financial planning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• 3+ years of accounting experience within Financial Services, FinTech, or Digital Assets industries.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting principles.
• Experience with accounting software and familiarity with blockchain-based financial tools.
• Must be based in New York City.
