Location: Stockholm, Copenhagen or Riga (hybrid workplace possible)

What you will do
- Manage a unit of 10 developers across Nordic and Riga, fostering growth, inclusive culture, and high performance.
- Take end-to-end ownership of Optimizely CMS platform evolution, including roadmap, governance, standardization, and reuse.
- Drive DevOps and platform engineering: automation, resilient pipelines, self-service, and operational ownership.
- Improve developer experience, security, reliability, observability, and AI-assisted automation with business value.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, product roles, infrastructure, security, and partners across functions.
Requirements
- Work location: Stockholm, Copenhagen or Riga; some travel possible.
- Several years in software/platform engineering, DevOps, or digital product development.
- Experience leading/coaching in agile environments (e.g., Chapter Lead, Engineering Manager, Tech Lead).
- Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, preferably Optimizely CMS.
- Professional fluency in English.

- Optimizely platform governance and licensing.
- Multi-instance CMS setups and shared assets.
- Azure DevOps, Git workflows, deployment pipelines.
- Monitoring, observability, operational excellence.
