What you will do

• Manage a unit of 10 developers across Nordic and Riga, fostering growth, inclusive culture, and high performance.
• Take end-to-end ownership of Optimizely CMS platform evolution, including roadmap, governance, standardization, and reuse.
• Drive DevOps and platform engineering: automation, resilient pipelines, self-service, and operational ownership.
• Improve developer experience, security, reliability, observability, and AI-assisted automation with business value.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, product roles, infrastructure, security, and partners across functions.

Requirements

• Work location: Stockholm, Copenhagen or Riga; some travel possible.
• Several years in software/platform engineering, DevOps, or digital product development.
• Experience leading/coaching in agile environments (e.g., Chapter Lead, Engineering Manager, Tech Lead).
• Experience with enterprise CMS platforms, preferably Optimizely CMS.
• Professional fluency in English.
