TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI/SaaS): Driving sales and expanding accounts for an AI data platform, focusing on closing enterprise deals and building long-lasting customer relationships. Location: Remote, preferably based in the EU. Hiring across Europe.

Salary: $150,000–$300,000 USD (OTE)

hirify.global is building the platform that powers the creation, curation, and evaluation of high-quality data for AI, with its open-source product Label Studio being a de facto standard.

What you will do

  • Work with customers to achieve their goals and contribute to company growth.
  • Identify and close quick, small wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Track all customer details and forecasting using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and product teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Maintain consistent and predictable close rates for new customers.
  • Understand customer roadmaps and identify opportunities to leverage company technology for business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of quota carrying sales experience.
  • Enterprise sales experience, ideally with ML, big data, Cloud, or SaaS products.
  • Proven success in closing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Experience with land and expand motions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and effective in a remote environment.
  • A deep passion for discovering customer needs and building pipeline from scratch.
  • English fluency required.

Nice to have

  • PLG or OSS motion experience.
  • German fluency.
