What you will do
- Implement and optimize wake word recognition at the firmware level for on-device AI responsiveness.
- Develop and maintain firmware support for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi modules to enable device connectivity.
- Process audio and visual data in real-time, optimizing performance and power efficiency on embedded hardware.
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to implement high-performance solutions and maintain quality standards.
- Monitor telemetry data, analyze failures, and respond to incidents with troubleshooting and fixes.
- Understand and apply security, privacy, and compliance standards in firmware development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with relevant experience.
- Strong experience developing embedded firmware on SoCs such as Realtek, BES, Qualcomm, or similar platforms.
- Proven firmware development experience for wearable devices including audio, sensor, and connectivity modules.
- Ability to work onsite in Suzhou, China.
- English proficiency at least B2 level.
