What you will do

• Design and develop hardware, software, and system-level solutions for NXP Automotive MCUs, including reference designs, evaluation boards, and software implementations.
• Participate in NPI process providing technical assurance.
• Resolve complex technical challenges for front-line teams and coordinate cross-functional resources for issue closure.
• Collaborate with key automotive OEM accounts on POC projects and platform-level system solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years R&D experience in automotive electronics, industrial control, or embedded systems.
• Deep understanding of microprocessor architectures (multi-core, system bus, peripherals, accelerators, cache, DMA) with hands-on experience.
• Embedded software skills in automotive domain: RTOS, AUTOSAR (CP), peripheral drivers, advanced debugging.
• Knowledge of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Automotive Cybersecurity.
• Experience with ECU lifecycles (SYS, SW, HW, quality management).
• Excellent English for cross-team/regional collaboration; ability to travel domestically/internationally.
