What you will do

• Lead SIM/UICC/eSIM technical advisory and act as main interface for carriers in China.
• Ensure technical validation activities, conduct test sessions with devices/loggers, and analyze results.
• Contribute to architecture, design, development, debugging, and maintenance of eUICC software smart card products.
• Lead technical upgrades of eUICC OS and interact with engineering teams across continents.
• Build relationships with carrier validation peers, product marketing, and OEM support teams.
• Support OEMs in commercializing eSIM solutions and address issues from Chinese MNOs/OEMs.

Requirements

• Experience defining UICC/eUICC product requirements and technical carrier roadmaps for China.
• Expert knowledge of telecom standards: ETSI, 3GPP for UICC/SIM/Toolkit/OTA; GSMA SGP21/22/23, TCA SAIP; Global Platform; Java Card; ISO 7816/14443.
• Programming: JAVA, C.
• Experience in eUICC profile development, OS architecture, and testing/debugging tools (e.g., COMPRION, UL, FIME).
• Sufficiently mobile for ~20% travel in China and internationally.
