What you will do
- Discover and drive new business opportunities within Enterprise accounts through outbound approaches
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and qualify prospects to build pipeline and drive deals
- Maintain active engagement with prospects using creative follow-up communication
- Manage a high volume of outbound communications, both scaled and strategic
- Conduct qualification calls and meetings with prospective customers
- Accurately maintain daily activity and prospect information in Salesforce and analyze sales data to recommend outreach strategies
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Sydney with hybrid office schedule
- English: Fluency required (C2)
- 1-2 years BDR/Sales experience, preferably in SaaS
- Strong motivation and experience in outbound sales approach
- Analytical thinker with ability to diagnose inefficiencies and optimize processes
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and interest in AI tools
