What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of 2-3 named enterprise accounts and 2-3 prospects.
- Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue potential.
- Engage with VP- and C-level executives to implement enterprise-wide strategies.
- Leverage MEDDPIC framework for forecasting and sales process management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, marketing, legal, and finance.
- Drive market expansion through product demos, events, and account initiatives.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of experience closing enterprise software sales.
- Experience selling at executive levels and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build diverse territory plans and leverage sales ecosystems.
- Familiarity with observability and modern application markets.
- Self-motivated with a track record of high performance against quota.
Nice to have
- Experience working with hyperscalers and platform sales.
- Knowledge of MEDDPIC sales methodology.
