Salary: $140,000 - $192,000

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 2-3 named enterprise accounts and 2-3 prospects.
  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize revenue potential.
  • Engage with VP- and C-level executives to implement enterprise-wide strategies.
  • Leverage MEDDPIC framework for forecasting and sales process management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, marketing, legal, and finance.
  • Drive market expansion through product demos, events, and account initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of experience closing enterprise software sales.
  • Experience selling at executive levels and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build diverse territory plans and leverage sales ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with observability and modern application markets.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of high performance against quota.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with hyperscalers and platform sales.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPIC sales methodology.
