What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development professionals to ensure their success.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand hirify.global's presence in the North American region.
• Identify and encourage strategic partnerships and business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams for aligned execution of strategies.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to provide insights for business expansion.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with key customers, clients, and industry partners.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Austin, Texas, United States
• 5 years of experience in business development with success in the North American region.
• Prior managerial or leadership experience with team leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in technology, SaaS, or related industries.
• Ability to work strategically in a fast-paced, global environment.
