What you will do
- Manage a large portfolio of customers in the AMER region.
- Onboard and expand customers through tailored consultations, trainings, and assistant programs.
- Design and run at-scale outreach campaigns to drive hirify.global adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales partners to ensure strong adoption.
- Serve as a product ambassador to enhance customer workflows and ROI.
- Identify strategic customers for engagement to increase active users and seat expansion.
Requirements
- Location: Must work onsite in New York with presence on Anchor Days (Mondays and Thursdays).
- 3+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a fast-growing software company.
- Proven success managing a large volume of accounts.
- Strong motivation, adaptability, and growth mindset.
- English proficiency: B2 or higher (job posting in English).
Nice to have
- Experience building Customer Success playbooks or processes.
- Experience in scaled program management or campaign building (e.g., Outreach).
- Familiarity with hirify.global, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
- Early hire experience at fast-growing startups.
- Strong technical skills.
