TL;DR

Scaled Customer Success Manager: Manage and expand a large portfolio of customers in AMER with an accent on tailored consultations, training, and adoption campaigns. Focus on driving product adoption, customer success strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize customer ROI and growth.

Location: New York, New York, USA. Onsite work required on Mondays and Thursdays (Anchor Days).

Salary: $106,000–$132,000 per year (OTE).

What you will do

  • Manage a large portfolio of customers in the AMER region.
  • Onboard and expand customers through tailored consultations, trainings, and assistant programs.
  • Design and run at-scale outreach campaigns to drive hirify.global adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales partners to ensure strong adoption.
  • Serve as a product ambassador to enhance customer workflows and ROI.
  • Identify strategic customers for engagement to increase active users and seat expansion.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work onsite in New York with presence on Anchor Days (Mondays and Thursdays).
  • 3+ years experience in Customer Success or Account Management at a fast-growing software company.
  • Proven success managing a large volume of accounts.
  • Strong motivation, adaptability, and growth mindset.
  • English proficiency: B2 or higher (job posting in English).

Nice to have

  • Experience building Customer Success playbooks or processes.
  • Experience in scaled program management or campaign building (e.g., Outreach).
  • Familiarity with hirify.global, Salesforce, and Gainsight.
  • Early hire experience at fast-growing startups.
  • Strong technical skills.
