TL;DR

Commercial Account Executive (Software Sales): Prospecting and closing new business for Grafana's observability products in the Alps region, with an accent on articulating the value of technical solutions and consultative sales. Location: Remote from Switzerland

Salary: CHF 164,000 – CHF 209,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Perform outbound prospecting into net-new customers.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales process, from prospecting to negotiations.
  • Cultivate sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Understand and convey the value of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise.
  • Become an expert in managing your sales pipeline in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of experience in infrastructure technology sales.
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement (top 10% performer).
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and adaptable team player.
  • Excellent communication skills in all channels (in person, online, in writing).
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with open source technology.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC.
  • Fluent in German (both written and spoken).
