What you will do

• Ensure smooth onboarding of new SDK partners, managing technical aspects.
• Provide technical guidance and identify risks during SDK testing and integration.
• Manage diverse technical issues across multiple client engagements.
• Work directly with the SDK development team to resolve identified issues.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks with customers.
• Collaborate with the SDK Sales team to demonstrate value in the pre-sales process.

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing technical role (as a developer or as a consultant).
• General understanding of the ad tech landscape.
• Previous experience working with SDK integrations in mobile applications.
• Ability to effectively troubleshoot and identify technical issues and errors during the publisher onboarding process.
• Ability to understand how coding works (no actual coding required).
• Strong desire to help people solve problems with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a broad audience.
• Excellency in time management, task prioritization, and evaluation of situational urgency.
• Curious and able to learn fast.
