What you will do

• Lead the market intelligence strategy for observability, AIOps, security, and AI infrastructure.
• Track and analyze market developments, delivering executive briefings connecting shifts to strategic opportunities.
• Integrate customer, field, and analyst feedback into a unified intelligence loop.
• Partner with R&D to identify new product and platform opportunities based on ecosystem evolution.
• Provide guidance on competitive positioning, go-to-market focus, and long-term technology bets.
• Create compelling narratives for target personas and ensure impactful product launches.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in software product domains with strong expertise in observability, APM, and AIOps markets.
• Strong working knowledge of cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging AI/LLM workloads.
• Demonstrated ability to turn market and customer insights into strategic recommendations that influence product or R&D direction.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to distill complex insights into simple, compelling narratives for executive audiences.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, balancing short-term insights with long-term strategic vision.
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, field, and marketing organizations in a global environment.
• Profound knowledge in market research, competitive analysis, and positioning.
