What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Vision Wallet, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
• Lead the development of a best-in-class non-custodial wallet experience, including onboarding, recovery, and transaction flows.
• Translate complex Web3 concepts into simple, trustworthy user experiences.
• Partner with legal, compliance, and risk stakeholders to navigate the evolving regulatory landscape.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, success metrics, and go-to-market inputs.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product management within crypto, fintech, or consumer trading applications.
• Deep familiarity with Web3 landscapes, including EVM chains, Layer 2 solutions, and DeFi protocols.
• Proven ability to manage trade-offs between user experience, security, and technical feasibility.
• Strong track record of partnering with engineering and design teams to ship sophisticated products.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
