TL;DR
Product Manager (SaaS): Defining and executing the product strategy for a Content Supply Chain Management platform with an accent on user insights, market research, and data-driven roadmap development. Focus on leading cross-functional collaboration, integrating AI into product discovery, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Vienna, Austria (Hybrid: 2 days in office required).
Salary: From €75,000 per year.

What you will do
- Define and execute product strategy in collaboration with the CPO.
- Create and maintain PRDs and PADs to ensure clear project alignment.
- Prioritize the product backlog using data-driven insights and modern tools.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across UX/UI, engineering, and growth teams.
- Develop and maintain a realistic, data-driven product roadmap.
- Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance product discovery and user value.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS environment.
- Must be eligible to work in Austria.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Proven ability to conduct and apply customer research and usability testing.
- Strong analytical mindset with a clear sense of ownership.
- Fluent in English required; German proficiency is a plus.

- Experience in B2B or MarTech industries.
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools for product discovery and rapid prototyping.
