What you will do

• Own a central product area within the hirify.global Manager, focusing on provider workflows and monetization.
• Drive product discovery and delivery in close collaboration with Design and Engineering teams.
• Conduct regular customer conversations to ensure solutions are valuable and viable.
• Define and track team OKRs to drive measurable business outcomes.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, and Finance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and AI developments to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management.
• Proven experience in SaaS, B2B, or platform products.
• Strong product discovery and prioritization skills.
• Ability to navigate complex and evolving business environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ownership mindset with excellent communication skills.
