What you will do

• Own the strategy, story, and go-to-market for hirify.global’s products.
• Turn customer and market insights into sharp positioning and build GTM plans.
• Enable Sales with competitive intelligence and high-impact tools.
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear messaging.
• Influence product strategy with real insights and measure adoption, activation, and revenue.
• Utilize AI to accelerate research, messaging, and enablement, shaping AI-powered product marketing workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in an international B2B SaaS company.
• Experience conducting customer, product, and market research using traditional and AI-powered tools.
• Proven ability to apply AI to accelerate research, messaging, segmentation, and sales enablement.
• Demonstrated success in building and executing go-to-market plans for new features and market expansions.
• Strong capability in developing and maintaining positioning and messaging frameworks (Jobs-To-Be-Done, Personas, ICPs).
• Proficiency in translating complex and technical subjects into clear, compelling messaging and positioning.
