What you will do
- Build influential partnerships with senior management globally to execute HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness.
- Translate business objectives into an HR agenda to drive global improvement, productivity, and development within teams and across the company.
- Serve as a thought leader on people and organizational topics within your dedicated team and cross-functionally.
- Coach business leaders on employee relations matters, including performance management, feedback, and career pathing.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Finance on strategic headcount planning, identifying critical roles, and succession planning.
- Partner with People Operations to develop People programs.
Requirements
- Strong HR expertise and a proven track record of being an influential thought partner to the business.
- Skilled in the facilitation and management of change, with the ability to influence and build support for ideas and initiatives.
- Ability to identify, analyze, resolve, or refer complex issues in support of a positive work environment.
- Experience working across global employment laws and HR practices.
- Ability to interpret policies and regulations to ensure fair and equitable resolution of issues.
- Proficiency in managing several complex projects simultaneously while working to meet deadlines.
