What you will do
- Become a hirify.global expert, advising customers on best practices for using hirify.global and its integration partners like Stripe and Netsuite.
- Act as an internal champion for customers, collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, and Support to ensure adoption and relay feedback.
- Build strong relationships with customers, providing training, troubleshooting challenges, and driving value through new features and ongoing support.
- Oversee end-to-end customer implementations from kick-off to a seamless go-live, ensuring projects meet milestones.
- Monitor and adapt implementation timelines and resources, keeping internal teams and customers informed with clear, timely updates.
- Support the customer journey across pre-sales, onboarding, and post-implementation, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Background in accounting or finance, either as a contributor or supporting accounting/finance systems.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving value.
- Curiosity about new technologies and experience using AI in day-to-day life.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for managing complex implementations and delivering on time.
- Familiarity with SQL, databases, and APIs is a major plus.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and contribute as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
