What you will do
- Lead client discovery sessions on technical requirements and business processes related to financial instrument portfolios.
- Gather and document full requirements and scope of implementation.
- Articulate design rationale and functional strategy directly related to achieving project goals.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for financial instruments and risk, providing training to clients and internal parties.
- Participate in building and implementing solutions, ensuring adherence to specifications and budget.
- Support and troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementation, providing Tier 2 support for escalated client issues.
- Identify up-selling opportunities and funnel them to appropriate channels.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or Fintech.
- Proven track record in project management and implementations.
- Thorough understanding of the market environment for financial instruments and supporting systems.
- Adept with financial math.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative skills for dealing with senior managers.
- Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
- English: B2 required for excellent verbal and written communication.
