What you will do

• Lead client discovery sessions on technical requirements and business processes related to financial instrument portfolios.
• Gather and document full requirements and scope of implementation.
• Articulate design rationale and functional strategy directly related to achieving project goals.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for financial instruments and risk, providing training to clients and internal parties.
• Participate in building and implementing solutions, ensuring adherence to specifications and budget.
• Support and troubleshoot delivered work throughout implementation, providing Tier 2 support for escalated client issues.
• Identify up-selling opportunities and funnel them to appropriate channels.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Treasury, Relationship Banking, or Fintech.
• Proven track record in project management and implementations.
• Thorough understanding of the market environment for financial instruments and supporting systems.
• Adept with financial math.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative skills for dealing with senior managers.
• Ability to quickly identify, analyze, and resolve problems, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
• English: B2 required for excellent verbal and written communication.
