TL;DR

Executive IT Support (AI): Serving as the primary technical partner for Databricks senior leadership, ensuring seamless, white-glove service to C-level executives. Focus on anticipating needs, identifying trends, creating solutions, and providing hands-on support for devices, A/V setups, and meetings.

Location: Requires in-office presence at our Mountain View HQ on certain days, with potential travel to San Francisco as needed.

Salary: $94,700–$132,575 USD

What you will do

  • Serve as the dedicated IT point of contact for Databricks C-suite and executive assistants, ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues.
  • Lead executive support with a proactive mindset, anticipating needs and creating solutions before problems arise.
  • Take ownership of high-priority escalations and provide hands-on support for devices, A/V setups, meetings, and events.
  • Document best practices and solutions in the Confluence knowledge base for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with IT specialists and engineering teams to deploy tools and services that enhance executive productivity.
  • Prioritize, manage, and close tickets efficiently while identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, with at least 2+ years directly supporting executive leadership (C-level or VP+) in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience providing dedicated, "white-glove" IT support to C-level executives.
  • Advanced Okta Administration: Deep experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), building complex group rules using Okta Expression Language, and configuring/managing SSO application integrations.
  • Experienced Endpoint & OS Management: Expertise in supporting mixed-OS environments (macOS, Windows, iOS, Android) and using MDM tools for device imaging, configuration, and security.
  • In-Depth Google Workspace Administration: Strong administrative skills within Google Workspace, including email log searches, managing security policies, and building/maintaining quarantine rules.
