What you will do

• Support day-to-day operations for Digital Workplace technologies including Microsoft 365, macOS, Mobility, Azure Virtual Desktops, and Collaboration Tools.
• Partner and collaborate with digital workplace engineers globally.
• Follow standard ITIL processes and procedures related to Incident, Request, Change, and Problem Management.
• Explore and learn new technologies and processes in a dynamic environment.
• Gain a 360° perspective of an IT Service Delivery model through rotations in Tier 3 Operations, Engineering, and Architecture.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Graduation date between December 2026 - June 2028.
• Ability to work during program dates: June 1st - August 7th, 2026.
• Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used.
• Basic understanding of Windows, Mac, and/or cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
