Location: Hybrid with onsite work every other week in a Fidelity office, Boston, United States
Salary: $74,000–141,000 USD per year

What you will do
- Lead business and technical analyses to support strategic technology investments.
- Develop financial models and synthesize insights from data and industry benchmarks.
- Partner with senior leaders to evaluate and shape technology initiatives.
- Define future-state processes and identify pain points for improvement.
- Create executive-level presentations, business cases, and strategic roadmaps.
- Collaborate within a matrixed agile environment with strategists, technologists, and business partners.
Requirements
- Location: Hybrid work with onsite presence every other week in a Fidelity office in Boston, United States
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, or related STEM field (or equivalent experience).
- 1–3 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, finance, or technology-related roles.
- Experience with financial modeling and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in digital transformation and technology trends.
