What you will do

• Develop and articulate clear product strategies to optimize support and experience for business customers.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to shape roadmaps and prioritize valuable problems.
• Lead iterative product and design thinking to enhance user experience continuously.
• Build deep, data-driven understanding of customer needs and behaviors.
• Drive user research throughout product development stages.
• Define, monitor, and report on key product metrics and partner across teams to align on user problems and opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within US time zones.
• 5+ years of product management experience leading teams and delivering enterprise software.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with multi-team collaboration and Agile environments.
• User-first mindset balancing simplicity and technical constraints.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts including APIs and database querying.
