TL;DR
Account Manager (Travel-tech): Managing and growing a portfolio of long-tail accounts in the Spanish market with an accent on building strong client relationships and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Focus on maximizing product usage, providing data-driven insights, and acting as a key liaison between internal teams for product roll-outs.
Location: Hybrid (Spain), requiring 3 days a week in-office within commuting distance of one of our Spanish hubs. Relocation support is available to our Spanish hubs.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of long-tail customers in the Spanish Market.
- Build strong relationships with accounts and key decision-makers to maximize Perk usage.
- Identify and develop growth opportunities through new business, up-selling, and cross-selling.
- Provide data-driven business reviews, reports, and presentations to senior stakeholders.
- Act as a key liaison between internal Perk teams and Account Management to ensure smooth product roll-outs.
Requirements
- Native Spanish Speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in account management or a customer-facing role.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Strong prioritisation and time management skills.
- Results-oriented mindset while keeping customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights for clients.
- Must be based within commuting distance of a Spanish hub, with a hybrid work model (3 days in-office).
