TL;DR

Creative Director (SaaS): Shaping the creative direction of multiple brands across digital, video, and offline channels with an accent on maintaining consistent brand visuals and evolving design systems. Focus on leading challenging design projects, managing creative reviews, and delivering high-quality creative under pressure.

Location: Hybrid in Manchester, UK, with up to 3 days work from home.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000

What you will do

  • Shape the creative direction of multiple brands across digital, video, and offline channels.
  • Maintain and evolve consistent brand visuals for the group’s three core brands.
  • Lead on challenging experiential design and brand projects.
  • Manage creative reviews of the design and video team.
  • Ensure creative output is consistent, high-quality, and delivered on time.
  • Develop, maintain, and update design systems and asset banks.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of designing for B2B, preferably SaaS, companies.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, start-up environments.
  • Mastery of at least two of the following domains: graphic design, video production and editing, website design, or copywriting.
  • Expertise in working across multiple disciplines to bring together cohesive campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of design systems and principles, and a highly refined visual eye.
  • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Nice to have

  • Webflow experience is desirable.
