What you will do

• Lead the design and execution of creative assets for the Asia market across digital, print, and motion channels.
• Translate complex financial and trading concepts into clear, engaging, and brand-consistent visuals.
• Collaborate with regional marketing, product, and trading teams to support campaigns and product launches.
• Ensure all output adheres to brand guidelines and regional regulatory compliance standards.
• Adapt global creative concepts for local markets, considering cultural and language nuances.
• Mentor agency designers and contribute to the evolution of design systems and workflows.

Requirements

• 6–8+ years of professional design experience, ideally in fintech or financial services.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality digital, branding, and marketing materials.
• Experience working with Asia-Pacific audiences and stakeholders across different time zones.
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand systems.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations in financial marketing.
• Experience with design systems and scalable brand frameworks.
