What you will do

• Develop and implement a worldwide training strategy for Solutions and Services.
• Lead and manage a global team of training leads, content creators, and support staff.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
• Identify innovative methods to deliver training and engage the sales community.
• Embed AI tools and automation across all training processes to enhance efficiency and personalization.
• Monitor and measure training effectiveness, leveraging data and feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in training, enablement, or learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing global teams and large-scale training programs.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and solutions/services offerings.
• Expertise in leveraging technology and AI for learning solutions.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
